Sanitation
Project
Sri Lanka
Project Description
Introduction:
In the rural village of Udawalawe, near a jungle area, the lack of proper sanitation facilities has forced residents to resort to open defecation. This unsanitary practice presents serious health risks and environmental challenges. To tackle this urgent issue, a sanitation project has been launched to build 15 toilets in the village. The goal is to provide the community with a hygienic and safe solution, significantly improving public health and environmental conditions.
Overview:

How to Support
It costs approximately 600USD to build one toilet. We want to build five more toilets by the end of 2025. This can be supported by one person (or one organisation) for 50 USD per share.
